Helpful Real Estate Hints.

So you are thinking of putting your home up for sale.

Where do you start?

1. Start at the beginning, figure out what your mortgage is and if you have any penalties if any.

Your Real Estate Agent can have you fill out a Mortgage Verification Form: and request your amount owing, penalty if any and interest rate.

Knowing your interest rate may help you sell your home.

2. What is it you want to do, move up down, out of town or simply find something with no stairs closer to shopping?

Call a Real Estate Agent and don't be afraid to call more than one for an opinion.

It is always reasuring when the Agent takes the time to do up comparables of what is for sale and sold in your area, even expired listings that did not sell.

The more information, the more informed you can be to make a decision.

3. Get rid of as much clutter as possible, if you have money to spend fixing broken items and paint where needed is always helpful.

3. Clean up yard, mow it, weed it, take away garabage.

4. Shampooing carpets is a good thing to do if they are dirty or have not been done for awhile.

5. Make sure your Real Estate Agent brings information about what you can buy and it does not hurt to go look to make sure what you want is out there.

6. You may even want to put an offer in Subject to the sale of your property.

In a very hot market this may be hard to do, as they are selling very fast and people may not want a subject to sale offer.

But if you find what you want it may not hurt to try.

Buying without selling is a risk if the market changes and goes down, you could end up paying a high price for what you bought and having to sell lower than expected on your home.

Doing these changes could help you sell faster and may even bring in a higher price, but talk to your Real Estate Agent about what needs to be done.

Your Agent will also take into consideration the market and advise you.

When you have showings turn the lights on to make it seem brighter. If you have a dark room, put a higher voltage light bulb in.

Before the people come you could put a little vanilla and water in the oven and bake it low, turn it off before they get there, for fire safety. The vanilla leaves a very nice smell.

Your front entrance and foyer is very important so make sure your entrance and door are clean and in good repair.

Why do Canadians when given a tltle respond with a Sense of God like Power, and not the Mercy God shows?



Canada like other Countries has the same People. They are rich and poor, inbetween, in good health, old, limp and sore. by Marlene Hopkins People when given small jobs with titles decide to inact their powers to the highest to protect the mass. When in fact what they are doing is weaking us all. Why can't those in power stop those from falling. Have an automactic lowest amount made?
